FNSW have in place a Corporate Advantage Management Liability insurance ( traditionally referred to as D&O) in the name of FNSW including affiliated Member Clubs & /or Branch Offices/Referee Branches, including Futsal Clubs.
The insured definition includes any natural person who was or now is or may hereafter become a director, secretary, executive officer, permanent, part time, temporary or casual employee, member, volunteer, tribunal members, trustee or committee member of the Corporation duly authorized to act in such position.
The limit of Indemnity is $5 Million any one claim & in aggregate and the deductables vary across the sections of the policy.
