We have provided a brief summary of each Insurance policy in place for FNSW in the hope that it will assist understanding at Club level whilst if you require an actual copy of the Accident Support/ Sports Injury policy or Public & Product Liability policy, these are also attached.
Accident Support Program →
includes:
- copy of the Flyer which provides guidance on HOW to CLAIM
- access to Claim forms as well as a brief summary of policy entitlements
- a copy of the Sports Injury policy
PUBLIC & PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE →
includes:
- the combined Public & Product Liability policy
- access to a CERTIFICATE of CURRENCY often required by Councils & owners of facilities as proof of cover. Simply enter the name of your Club in the space provided, as well as that of a named Principal if required & you can print your own certificate.
PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY →
includes:
- A copy of the Professional Indemnity policy
